It provides a user friendly environment for users with a variety of options. We offer 4 tyeps of head size from 1 inch to 4 inches which can display at once.
The SMP-350P1 is a desktop direct thermal printer that can print up to 32 mm wide, including date and lot numbers. We offer a rare 1 inch head type model, and 2 inches and 3 inches printers capable of wider printing area.

It has the largest printing area among our desktop type direct thermal printers for packaging.
This product is a single printer and should be used in combination with 5 types of supply devices. It provides you a better work environment by choosing the most suitable supply device for packaging.
You first need to install the application and connect with the PC.
Head-up mechanism and advanced applications reduce ribbon loss.
- Head up when there is little print data such as date.
- Save ribbon proportional to data length.
Reduce bags and film items by various prints.
- It enables you to print four directions: forward, reverse, vertical, and horizontal.
- We support a large variety of characters, barcodes, ruled lines, QR code, 2D codes, image files and serial numbers.
Use in the set: Feeder / Stacker
We combine with direct thermal printers and auto labelers and support paper feeding and work stocking.
Desktop type check printer
CPS-85EⅢ
It is a stand-alone type desktop direct thermal printer with a paper feed function.
This compact printer works on small bags, small labels and cards.
It is a special product designed for small labels such as egg labels and medicine labels. The printer is fixed type and there are restrictions on the print space. Please use it for printing lot number and dates. It’s a very compact desktop model that combines cam feeder and 2 inch direct thermal printer.
Processing capacity of 150 sheets per minute with a paper label of standard egg label size (length 35 mm & times; width 95 mm) is the fastest among all desktop type direct thermal printers.
It equips with two-sheet feed detection and patrol light as standard. It becomes possible to have date image check and detect advanced two-sheet feed by connecting with optionallabel checker “LC-10”.

CPS-85E Series Label Checker
Achieve advanced checks with image camera and ultrasonic sensor
This is an optional label checker.
Although LC-10 doesn’t work as a single uni, it links to CPS-85E series and judges instantly the date printed by the direct thermal printer.
Since the film timing is registered and stored in CPS-85E series, LC-10 check device starts working with the start of the printer without doing anything on site.
By changing from the transmission sensor which was not good at detecting the dark printing color of the conventional machine to the ultrasonic sensor, it checks the wave of the sound passing through the label regardless of the paper labels’ print color. Therefore, it could have advanced two sheet feed detection system.
If it can’t determine the date with no printing/thining and detect two sheet feeding, it notifies to operators as NG and prevent printing errors. It’s automatically reset after discharging, so you can keep using the machine.
