RPS Series
Direct thermal printer for small-lot and multi-product, which gravure printing on roll film isn’t suitable.
Prints on the specified position while rolling up the roll film.
Printer is selectable with 2 inches and 4 inches.
You can install 2 printers for your purpose.
It enables you to print variable information on pre-printed roll film.
It is common to set pre-gravure printed roll film when you fill and package with automatic packaging machine.
However, the costs increases if you choose gravure printing for small-lot items. As a result, many companies choose labels for its solution but it also increases labeling costs.
“RPS series” solves such problems!
Just call up the data saved on your computer in advance and send it to the printer.
It enables on-demand printing on roll film, printing only the necessary content when needed.
