In special use cases, small labels may be attached to small promotional items, or large items may flow slowly through a wide conveyor, and paper labels of about 70 mm long and 60 mm wide may be labeled thereto.
We have supported objects from small to large.
However, since we adopt the slip-and-paste method *1, compatible workpieces need to be parallel to be labeled. Also, extremely large labels can not be applied.
The small size and compact design make it suitable for those who want to use the existing line and install it in a small space. If you are searching for the entire conveyor, we can offer a conveyor integrated type.
*1 A method in which the conveyor speed and the speed for winding up the label are set to the same pace, and the label is attached using a peeling plate.

Labels are automatically attached to various films with a desktop labeler that doesn’t require manual label attachment. You can select the feeding device that suits the various films. Labeling positions are registered for each of 999 kinds of products. Bottom labeler (ALS-350BII) connection is also possible for double-sided simultaneous application, and single-sided printing and single-sided label application are also possible by connecting a direct thermal printer.
It is a simple use, simply setting the roll type label on the machine and pressing the paste start button.
It reduces the work in label change and excessive rollers, and is designed to be user friendly.
You can do the code registration*1 for the labeling position, and you only need to call the corresponding code each time. The machine keeps the record of set number, and you only input the data when you want to label a different number. This machine is a single labeler, so it automatically labels one by one if you connect one of the five types of feeders that is suitable for the packaging. Depending on the purpose, you freely combine the lower laminating machine and two types of stackers.

A small-sized printer is mounted on the conventional desktop type “empty packaging labeler”, and it automatically labels on various films while printing on a label.
Labeling and label printing can be done by one unit. Maximum printing area 74.6 (W) x 200 (L) mm.

ALS-1000SCS is a successor machine to the “ALS-100 EPCX Series”.
The control box of ALS-100II is equipped with a set of labels, and it is simple to set up.
It applies the label to the three-demensional objects carried on conveyor while printing the date on labels.
It equips with SCS410c (radial control function) with this model change, and saves direct thermal ribbons.
Also, the touch panel has been consolidated to one part and it became easy to use.

ALS-1200SCS is a full change model of “ALS-100 EPCX series”.

It applies the label to target packs while printing the date on labels. It has the pack detection system and doesn’t apply to regular unnecessary packs.
We adopt continuous type on the printing section because lots of objects flow on the conveyor in the egg industry.
However, the only disadvantage of the continuous type was that it wasteful of direct thermal ribbon which is a consumable item…
It has SCS410c (radial control function) which ALS-100EPCX Series didn’t have and it helps to save direct thermal ribbon with this full model change.

It becomes very useful if it detects ball drop in the final check. The conveyor length has been extended, and ball drop detection has been incorporated as standard. Although the camera is handled as an option, more than 90% of GP centers introduce the device with camera.
Also, the touch panel has been consolidated to one part and it became easy to use.
This is a model that can be used in egg industry.

By introducing this desktop labeler, you are able to seal labels circumferentially on plastic bottles, bottles and cans, and on elliptical side.
When you try to put a label on bottles, you care about the labeling condition such as whether air bubbles do not enter or it can be put in parallel.
It is easy to change labels without using any tools. You set the bottles on this machine and press the start button, and it can be labeled propery.
If you install the optional direct thermal printer, it becomes more convenient to print date and variable data such as lot number and attach labels to bottles.
